Tequila Don Modesto was founded as a tribute to the late Modesto ???? Anaya of Tototlan Del Oro, Jalisco, Mexico in 2009. This organically grown tequila is produced in Amatitan, Jalisco. Tequila Don Modesto is an ultra premium tequila and one of the few organic types of tequila on the market today.

Tequila Don Modesto is present in Chicago, NewYork, and online. The agaves are state grown and only organic methods of pest control and fertilization are used in the feilds. Only using naturally grown and fully matured Weber Blue Agave plants Once harvested, the pina are cooked in a traditional brick oven before the juices are extracted and sent to fermentation process can last anywhere from 5 to 10 days. Following fermentation, the tequila is tripled- distilled to concentrate the essences of the agave plant.
